Allan is Content Director, Enterprise Solutions for Enterprise Innovation and responsible for developing and launching the Finance Innovation media channel. He also supports content marketing engagements for Questex clients as well as moderates and speaks at events.

He has more than 28 years of experience across a broad spectrum of business and operational disciplines, including sales, marketing, public relations, industry analyst relations, and software design and programming.

Prior to rejoining Questex, Allan was Director of Technology Practice at Hill+Knowlton in Hong Kong where he served clients like Microsoft Mobile, Facebook, BT Global Services, CA Technologies, CSA and Tata Communications. Before joining H+K he served as Director of Client Services at EBA Communications where he served and supported several key accounts, including Dimension Data, ECA International, H3C, Regus, Symantec and Sybase. Before joining EBA he was Content Director at Questex Asia Ltd with editorial responsibility for several titles, web development, and consulted with clients about emerging trends in digital media realm.

He also served as Marketing Director for Asia at Hitachi Data Systems with responsibility for public relations, brand management, industry analyst relations, channel marketing and field marketing at the storage company. At Dataquest, he was senior industry analyst, IT Professional Services for Asia Pacific.

Allan has hands-on sales experience having worked in various sales roles at Hitachi Data Systems, Encore Computer Corporation and First International Computer. He started his career in Hong Kong as a 3Com and Novell network specialist and later Head of IT at Imagineering/Tech Pacific.

Allan has a BS in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Don Bosco Technical College, Mandaluyong City, Philippines. He is the Founding Director for the Rainbow Project, a children’s charity in Hong Kong serving non-Chinese children with autism. He has done mission work in Papua New Guinea.
