Voice of the GM Survey

Every year, Hotel Management conducts the Voice of the GM Survey, which polls general managers on their hotel performance, professional achievements and opinions on the hotel industry. Now onto its 10th annual, the GM Survey captures the insights of more than one thousand hotel general managers annually and is regarded by hoteliers, hotel suppliers and consultants as the benchmark research at property level.

This year, the first Asia Pacific Voice of the GM Survey will be launched in conjunction with the inaugural Hotel Management Asia Summit, a one-stop strategy platform that addresses all key operational, management and financial challenges that directly impact corporate and property P&L in the current turbulent economy.

Hundreds of leading hotel general managers will be surveyed across Asia Pacific in the launch edition of Asia Pacific Voice of the GM Survey, with the aim to pin-point professional challenges and gauge economic sentiment of the near future.
