Previously, in own consultancy practice and projects included leading the HR integration ‐ due diligence and post signing ‐ for the largest international hospitality joint venture in Japan involving Intercontinental Hotels Group and ANA Hotels and Resorts; service/brand alignment for a luxury hotel in NYC; co‐search with a leading hospitality search firm specializing in C level search ; helping private equity firm search for super luxury brand COO.

As CHRO for Shangri‐la Hotels and Resorts, headquartered in Hong Kong, responsible for strategic planning, customer loyalty service culture alignment; Training Manager for Halekulani Hotel, world renown for legendary service; Regional HR Manager, Sheraton Hotels, Hawaii/ Japan. As SVP, Service Quality/HR for Bank of America, FSB, facilitated the customer retention strategy and led a merger/acquisition. Career began in luxury fashion retail in merchandising, operations and human resources/training.
