Patrick Liu has more than 20 years of IT and Security experience including security operation, risk and control and IT audit within top tier financial institutions. As an experience security practitioner, Patrick has been responsible for performing and managing a wide range of security consulting, risk and threat assessment, security training, cyber crisis management planning program. Patrick is currently the Head of Information Security Risk Management of DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Ltd. He was awarded the Hong Kong Cyber Security Professionals Awards in 2017 in recognition of his commitment in the cyber security field.

Paul Bell is currently the CIO at OpenPort. He is a seasoned supply chain IT professional with over 20 years of experience implementing transport and distribution focused technology and process improvement projects globally.
Prior to OpenPort, Paul was the Managing Director at Powlett Group, providing IT, Logistics and Supply Chain Solutions consulting to ASX listed FMCG and Transport industries. Before Powlett Group, Paul held senior solutions roles at Visy Logistics, Toll and Accenture. Paul has worked across the US, UK, Europe

Peter joined Standard Chartered as the Regional Chief Information Officer (CIO) Greater China & North Asia in January 2017. The CIOs of Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Korea and Japan report to him. Prior to his current position, Peter worked in HSBC where he was most recently the Chief Operating Officer in India. He has also held various senior positions in Technology & Operations in UK, Japan, Hong Kong and India during a banking career spanning over 20 years.
Peter was born and raised in UK. He graduated from University of Sussex with bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering. Peter worked in Denmark and Japan with software companies before his career in banking.
Jason Wong is a seasoned IT veteran with over 19 years’ experience working across different industries in Australia, Hong Kong & the Silicon Valley. Jason has a wide spectrum of experience as a developer, consultant, software architect, development manager & Head of IT with extensive Microsoft.NET background. He is currently the CIO at The Executive Centre.
Sidney started his IT career with Cathay Pacific Airways then moved on to Nike, Limited Brands (now L Brands), Linmark Group and Contempo Group. Currently, he is Assistant General Manager, Group IT of HKR International Limited. As the head of IT, he is leading the Group IT function to support the diversified businesses of HKRI in property development, estate management, transportation, hospitality and healthcare in Hong Kong, mainland China, Japan and Asia Pacific. Sidney is a certified PMP and has broad experience in business analytics, data warehousing, project management, data centre management, ERP/CRM implementation, supply chain management, business process re-engineering and business strategy development. Sidney is a seasoned guest speaker, panelist and author in ICT events and magazines.
Eric Ho is a proud Co-owner and the Chief Information Officer of HKBN. He joined HKBN in 2012 and is responsible for the company’s information technology and cybersecurity strategies development as well as leading the IT Department and CISO to optimize business support processes for productivity improvements and digital revenue creation. Eric was awarded CIO of the Year 2013 (Medium Enterprise) by the Computerworld Hong Kong and CIO Connect. He was also the winner of the "Best Business Enabler" in the IDC Asia/Pacific Innovation Awards 2013. Eric is keen on innovations/inventions and has initiated several patented solutions. Prior to joining HKBN, Eric was Head of IT and Service Platform of SmarTone Mobile Communications. Eric holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from Hong Kong, a Master in Business Administration Degree from the U.S., and a Master in Accountancy Degree from Australia. Eric is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
Hubert Tsang is currently the Chief Information Officer at Pacific Textiles. He joined the company as part of a transformation initiative to change Pacific Textiles from an owner manager company to a professionally managed company. Prior joining Pacific Textiles, Hubert worked in the US in various capacities and industries; from providing change management advice during M&A transactions to leading high performing teams at Internet startups and financial services firms. Hubert has over 20 years of IT experience.

Yee Yu joined Hung Hing in 2010 as the group’s first-ever CIO with a mission to digitally transform the 70-year-old manufacturing company in a traditional industry. Guided by an overarching theme of “Innovation Everyday”, he oversees all aspects of IT and leads the group's digital transformation across all locations in Hong Kong, China and Vietnam. Over the past eight years, he has successfully implemented over 150 change initiatives to cohesively transform the way the company do business.
Previously, Yee had spent over ten years with IBM Global Business Services in US and HK, where he led development and execution of IT strategy and roadmap, enterprise architecture and digital transformation programs in both private and public sectors.
He is the recipient of numerous industry recognitions, notably 2017 Computerworld Hong Kong CIO Award for Medium Enterprise, 2017 China Top 50 CIO Award, and most recently being named the DX (Digital Transformation) Leader of Year from IDC Hong Kong in 2018.
In his role as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Shen Tham leads REA Group Asia’s IT strategy, operations and product delivery. He joined the team in 2014 to lead technology in the international line of business and has been involved in expansion work across Asia, India and North America.
With more than 20 years of experience working in IT businesses, Tham is passionate about technology, innovation and building highly skilled teams to help change the way the world experiences property. Prior to joining REA Group Asia, he was with global investment bank Nomura, where he was responsible for running the technology teams in integration, building and driving new digital experiences.
Dr. Chow is currently the Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at City University of Hong Kong, CIO at Expert Medical (Hong Kong) Limited and Founder and Director at Future Data Intelligence Limited. Dr. Chow has strong research and application experiences in applied machine learning, text mining, computational intelligence, spatio-temporal data management, and data privacy. He has published over 80 research articles with 5,000+ citations. He received the highly prestigious 10- Year Best Paper Award in VLDB 2016, the best paper awards in ICA3PP 2015 and MDM 2009, and the Teaching Excellence Award from City University of Hong Kong in 2013. He received his Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Computer Science from University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, USA in 2008 and 2010, respectively.
Carmen Casagranda - the current Regional CIO - Asia Pacific at Cigna International Driven has a passion for designing and developing customer focussed solutions that enable connectivity, collaboration and innovation using technology. Carmen has a strong focus on digital innovation and transforming business models to identify new growth and revenue streams. Carmen has a business and technology background in financial services in the London Market and NZ. Her prior experience was in senior consulting roles at KPMG and customer intelligence consultancy - Experian. Micky Lo joined BNY Mellon in July 2013 as Chief Technology Risk Officer APAC. He is leading the regional team with the mission to enable business solutions while proactively protecting BNY Mellon from information risks in a balanced control environment. He oversees and govern the implementation of the bank wide information risk roadmap in the region with particular focus on IT regulatory compliance
He has over 30 years of IT experience in Financial Service Industry that spans across a diversified IT management disciplines including regional and location management, IT and security architecture, distributed computing engineering, technology infrastructure operation, outsourcing/in-sourcing management, IT risk management and technology audit.

Parag has over 18 years’ experience in Enterprise Risk Management, specialising in Operational Risk, Information Security, Business Continuity and Fraud Risk Management. Alex Henshaw is the Senior Manager of Vertical Marketing Asia-Pacific at Equinix, responsible for providing IT and business executives with consultancy on cloud strategies, infrastructure and development of business cases for Cloud and Infrastructure.
With more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry, he possesses extensive technical knowledge ranging from cloud, infrastructure, Enterprise architecture, IT strategy, programming to project management. He is also a strong communicator with excellent business acumen, which has allowed him to work with C-level executives in articulating IT strategies & solutions and key business benefits.
Before joining Equinix, Mr. Henshaw was Cloud Architect at CXC Global where he led a team for the hybrid cloud deployment in Cathay Pacific. Prior to that, he was the Principal Consultant of SMS Management and Technology and has held senior positions in technology companies including Dimension Data, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, to name a few.
