Rethink, Redesign, Realign: Creating Tomorrow’s Workplace

The earlier industrial revolutions involved transitions from small, artisanal businesses to mass production and mechanical, repetitive tasks for a large percentage of worldwide employees. This pre-millennial model involved strictly scheduled office hours, homogeneous and uniformly-designed workspaces, and extraneous overheads on core productivity and budgets.

Today, we live in a new digital age known as the fourth industrial era where business framework will be rapidly changing. A lot of routine procedures are being taken over by machines, and exploration, creativity and flexibility — the natural characteristics of human endeavour — will be reinstated as drivers and measures of success. The competitive organizations of the 21st century will place a premium on problem-solving, improvisation, and the ability to think outside the box.

From IT to HR, from operations to management teams — all will need to work in tandem if organizations are to make this transition successfully. Join us at Enterprise Innovation's 4th Future Workplace Forum on 18 August 2017 in the company of your peers to share and discuss the big ideas that are shaping our quickly-changing workplaces.

Themed “Rethink, Redesign, Realign - Creating Tomorrow’s Workplace,” this year’s Summit will highlight presentations, case studies and panel discussions on FOUR key themes:

1. Technology, People And Space:  Strengthening The Pillars Of Workplace Transformation
2. Defining The  Future Of  Workplace: Technology-As-An-Enabler
3. People & Culture: Driving  Change And Employee  Engagement
4. Architecting Smart Design And A Futuristic  Workspace
